Ad for an Ad – Google and Toy Story

On Monday I wrote a post about Google’s latest Search Stories ad featuring Toy Story characters.  Today, while browsing the top stories on Digg, I came across a page on Telegraph.co.uk.  While the article itself was semi-interesting, the ad at the top of the page caught my attention.  It is an advertisement for an advertisement. And while I love the Toy Story Search Story (and have no problem with Google promoting it), I still think it is comical to see this kind of promotion for a promotional video.  Check out the screenshot below to see the banner ad (at the top of the page):
